Off-campus training and off-campus trusteeship will be suspended in Shenzhen until further notice


According to multiple Sources on February 7, Shenzhen issued a notice on the suspension of off-campus training services and off-campus trusteeship services (hereinafter referred to as “notice”) on February 5, which pointed out that, based on the COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control situation, offline off-campus training services and off-campus trusteeship services will be suspended.According to the circular, first, all off-campus education and training institutions (subject and non-subject) and off-campus trusteeship institutions in the city will suspend offline services in any form from February 5, and the off-campus services will be resumed at a later notice based on the epidemic situation.Second, all after-school education and training institutions and after-school trustees should strengthen their awareness of epidemic prevention and control, fulfill their responsibilities in accordance with the law, refrain from organizing training, on-site consultation or any other form of gathering activities, and properly handle related matters such as course adjustment and fee refund to protect the legitimate rights and interests of parents and students.Third, education administrative departments in all districts should work with relevant departments to seriously investigate and punish institutions that provide offline training services or custodian services without authorization within their jurisdiction, and effectively do a good job in epidemic prevention and control.According to the Shenzhen Health Commission, there were two new locally confirmed cases and one asymptomatic case imported from abroad between midnight and 24:00 on February 4.From 00:00 to 24:00 on February 5, there were no new local cases in Shenzhen, including 1 imported confirmed case and 1 asymptomatic infected case.From 0:00 to 24:00 on February 6, 3 new cases were found in close contacts and key groups. Prior to this, shenzhen Health Commission said that it was preliminatively determined that “0131” was a new independent epidemic. By February 6, a total of 16 cases had been reported in the “0131” epidemic.
