U-ball live: Greater Paris have agreed personal terms with Barcelona star

U-ball Live: Paris Saint-Germain have reportedly agreed personal terms to sign Ousmane Dembele from Barcelona.According to Foot Mercato, the French giants will be looking to finalise their move before the transfer window closes. However, if the deal does not go through, the Parisians are willing to sign the winger on a free transfer in the summer as his contract expires in June.Dembele has been linked with a number of clubs, particularly in the Premier League, and is rumoured to be interested in playing football.Manchester United, Chelsea, Arsenal and Newcastle United are all considering signing him.But it seems the 24-year-old will be heading to Paris.Barcelona’s urgent need to sack him comes from their pursuit of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, who has reportedly agreed to join the Spanish side on loan. The Spanish clubs’ financial problems meant they were unable to accept dembele’s high wage demands when negotiations were extended and he was not prepared to take a pay cut.Negotiations stalled before the club gave Dembele an ultimatum to leave the club by the end of the month to free up wages and sign a new striker. The saga can finally come to an end in the next few hours as the Frenchman returns to his homeland with Paris Saint-Germain.Signed from Borussia Dortmund for 105 million euros in 2017, Dembele’s time at the club has been marred by repeated injuries. In four and a half years to date, he has made only 87 Appearances in La Liga, contributing 34 goals, as many consider him a costly underdog, a player unable to fulfil his potential at camp Nou.A move to Paris Saint-Germain will finally end his Barcelona nightmare, but he will face new challenges.
